German for Specialization II
UJXIn this course, you’ll continue your on-campus learning experience at the University of Jordan, engaging face-to-face in an interactive and supportive academic environment. Building on the foundations established in Level 1, this course emphasizes deeper language use through hands-on activities, real-time communication, and collaborative practice.
German for Specialization II advances learners’ German language proficiency by expanding grammatical knowledge, vocabulary range, and communicative confidence. The course focuses on more complex everyday and academic scenarios, encouraging students to express opinions, describe experiences, and interact more independently in German-speaking contexts. Digital tools such as Showbie, interactive coursebooks, and video-based resources are integrated to support practice, comprehension, and continuous feedback.
Students further develop competencies in reading, writing, speaking, and listening while applying grammar structures to real-life situations such as giving directions, talking about past events, planning activities, describing studies and professions, and discussing daily routines in greater detail. Interactive assignments, role-plays, and digital projects promote self-assessment and progress tracking, supporting learners in analyzing and producing meaningful German texts.
